On May 16, 2013, the State of Texas notified the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency of an illegal transfer of the device from Longview Scrap & Metal, Inc. to Phoenix that took place on November 19, 2012. The delivery address was a mailbox company; however, since the delivery took place over six months prior to the notification, no reference number for the shipment could be traced.
