In December 2015, air cooling systems for nuclear cleanup suits were found contaminated by radioactive sources at the Hanford nuclear site in Hanford, Washington. The contaminated suits were recovered in Kennewick (WA), Cinncinnati (OH) and Pittsburgh (PA). The contamination is not considered to cause any health hazards.
