On July 15, 2015, a device containing IR192 source was stolen from a heat pipeline located at a construction site in Zabrze, Poland. The province governor and local services were informed of the event and the dangerous radioactive source is being searched for by the police. The camera belonged to the Department of Non-Destructive Testing in Gliwice.
