On January 9, 2013, a contracted carrier obtained an item for shipment from Norfolk, VA, to the manufacturer for repair. However, on January 14, 2013, the carrier notified a government representative that the material was involved in a police investigation in Riverside, Ca. The item in question is a pressure indicator containing a 500 uCi SR90 source.
