On January 23, 2014, the Polar Corporation of Worcester, Massachusetts reported a missing fill-level gauge with activity of 100 mCi AM241. The device had been out of service for 15 years, and Polar considered it to be obsolete.As of March 21 2014, the Agency presumes the gauge lost and considers the case to be closed.
