Nine Improved Chemical Agent Monitors (ICAMs) and nine Chemical Agent Monitors (CAMs) issued to the US Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) in Warren, MI, were lost in shipment by a common carrier from APG, Maryland to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Alabama. Each device contains 10 mCi of Ni-63. The package was last recorded at the carrier's facility in Baltimore, MD. The carrier conducted a search, and declared the package missing.
