On 9/23/2016, Songyuan government in Jilin Province, China reported that a cylinder containing radioactive Sn113-In113m was lost during transportation sometime between 9/19/2016 and 9/21/2016. The licensee, the Logging Company of Daqing Drilling Engineering Company, was trying to locate the container, together with other officials from relevent departments of Songyuan Government.
