Following an inspection by the Massachuessets Radiation Control Program, a licensee was unable to locate a static control device. The licensee believes the device went missing back in May 2017 but believed it was located at another facility. The device has not been recovered but the material is believed to have decayed to only 600 microCurries from its original 10 milliCurries.
