FBFC International was informed that a package containing equipment previously used for fuel fabrication sent from their Dessel site to FBFC Romans contained more radiological material, both in terms of mass and in terms of activity, than predetermined during the preparation of the package. As of the AFCN announcement, the incident was still being analyzed, and the report did not describe any follow-on action that may have been taken.
