Two boxes used to transport radiopharmaceuticals were stolen from outside a hospital wing where they were left to be picked up for disposal. The empty boxes, labelled “Radioactive Material,” were later discovered in a park by a community member. The local police and local regulator were contacted. There area was found to be uncontaminated and the boxers were sent back to the supplier.
