C. Y. Geotech Inc. notified California Radiation Health Branch that a nucler density guage containing CS137, AM241, BE was missing. The gauge operator did not secure it into the transport case after finishing his job on 10/4/2016. The gauge was found missing in the morning of 10/5/2016. The licensee posted a lost sign. RHB required the operator to submit a detailed report regarding the loss.
