At Longchamp Racecourse in Paris, 11 lightning rods were thought potentially damaged. However, upon inspection by the ASN, 2 were discovered lost, 6 were damaged and removed, and 3 were in working condition. The rods used radium 226 sources with an activity of 37MBq.
