An area in Ft Leonardwood was found to be contaminated during a routine survey. An investigation into the incident revealed that a cracked vial containing cobalt-60 caused the contamination, however the amount of CO60 in the contaminated area was deemed to be less than the ATI for ingestion and therefore not an emergency.
