A technician of Professional Service Industries, Inc. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma reported the theft of a moisture density gauge that had been secured in his truck at a road construction site. The truck was driven to a gas station where, after a few minutes inside the gas station store, the technician found that the gauge had been taken. The case had been unlocked and was undamaged. The calibration block, necessary in order to use the gauge, had not been taken. The investigation is still open.
