On March 25, a man found that the radiation detector he brought back home from workplace was going off and called the police for help. Following a search of the area, an X-ray flaw detector containing an undiscolsed radioactive source was found by police in the neighbourhood residency of a citizen in Mianyang, Sichuan Provine, China. The Chinese citizen who was found illegally in possession of the device was arrested but is considered mentally challenged, at the time of the report police were investigating how he acquired the device.
