Two cargo containers weighing 36.4 tons total were passed through a radioactivity detector at Sihui Port in Guangdong Province, China. It was found that the shipment of seaweed from the Philippines was contaminated with a CO60 isotope. It is believed to be an abnormality rather than a planned terror attack.
