A radioactive source is presumed to have been stolen in the city of Tshwane, in the area of Centurion Lake, South Africa. The device is a density gauge used to measure density flow in pipes which contains a CS137 source. Although there are relatively few details disclosed, it is known that this device was permanently mounted on a section of a pipe at the site, where it was stolen and security fences surrounding the building were also demolished or stolen.
