A portable moisture density gauge licensed to EAS Professionals Inc. in Greensboro, NC was stolen, along with its case, from a hotel parking lot. Evidence suggests that bolt cutters were used to steal the case. Police were called to investigate. There was another theft from a vehicle nearby around the same time, which could potentially signal that the case was stolen because of its percieved value, rather than a thief targeting the material. The theft is still under investigation.
