A package containing 23 IR192 radiography sources was shipped to Prague, Czech Republic from QSA Global, Inc, in Burlington, MA. According to tracking services, the package was not listed as being received once landing in Prague and was reported missing. After further investigation, the package was officially recovered in Prague and was properly sent to its original destination.
