Georgian law enforcement detained three men at an apartment in Tbilisi as they attempted to sell the radioactive substance AM241. Officials said the men did not have enough of the materials to make a dirty bomb, but they are still investigating the origins of the substance. They are also trying to determine whether the health complaints of inhabitants of the district in which the apartment was located may be linked to the presence of the radioactive materials.
