A licensee in Topeka, KS reported a theft of a moisture density gauge. The gauge, locked and stored at the Bartlett & West Engineering facility, was believed to be stolen sometime between midnight and 6 am on 8/1/2016. The licensee notified the Topeka Police Department regarding the theft.
