A licensee discovered that a thief had broken into a storage facility and stolen two well logging devices. A 2500 pound calibration water tank was also stolen. Following an FBI investigation, the two devices were located in a field nearby. The thief was later found by police and discovered to be an individual living nearby who took the devices and discarded them not knowing what they were. The individual kept the water calibration tank device for his personal use.
