A canister containing radioactive water spilled at a Spanish nuclear power plant. The canister had been improperly stored and was knocked over. The water contaminated some equipment which was disposed of. The incident was initially not reported to regulatory authorities as it was supposed to be. Authorities only became aware of the incident after a staff member leaked the incident to the Spanish press.
