On 22 November 2020, 2 civilians were wounded in a Taliban-planted roadside bomb blast in Kulcha Abad area of Kandahar (Dand) district. VoJ reported at least 7 Afghan security personnel including a commander were killed and wounded by the militants'-planted IED bomb blast in the same area. Fatalities coded as 0 (VoJ reported 7 killed and wounded that rounded down to 3 fatalities).
