On 12 June 2024, in Chanayethazan township (Mandalay district, Mandalay region), two members of the No More Dictatorship People's Defense Force on a motorcycle hurled a homemade mine in front of the Zwe Htet gold and jewellery store located at the intersection of 84th and 34th streets at around 2 pm. They claimed that they targeted the store as it is linked to the Myanmar military. Five staff were injured, and two motorcycles were damaged.
