There is no suspect after this weekend's shooting at two apartments at Gustav Adolfs torg in Helsingborg. But so far, the police see no connection to gang crime.
The police were called to the scene at 01.50 on Sunday night.
- At ten past two, the majority of people from the area call as they have heard several bangs which they suspect is a shooting, says Jerker Olsson, officer on duty at the police.
Behind common front door
The two apartments were on the same floor, next to each other and behind a common front door. The perpetrator fired several shots through that front door and the shots hit the wall between the interior apartment doors.
The residents were present at the time of the shooting, but according to the police, no one was injured.

- We have held interviews with those who live in the apartments and with witnesses, but so far we have neither a suspect nor anyone arrested, says the police's preliminary investigation manager Marie Fridström.
But so far the motive is unclear.
- So far we see no clear links to gang crime, she says.
The incident is currently being treated as attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences.
