A total of 109 combat engagements have been reported in Ukraine over the past 24 hours. That’s according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports. "During the day, 109 combat clashes took place. In total, during the past 24 hours, Russian terrorists launched three missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine using four missiles, as well as 66 airstrikes involving 94 gliding bombs. The Russians fired more than 3,800 artillery rounds, including 100 rockets," he said. The spokesman noted that the enemy pursues offensive attempts in the Kharkiv axis. In total, eight combat clashes took place there. The fighting took place in the areas of Tykhe, Vovchansk, and Hlyboke. Kupiansk axis: Ukraine’s Defense Forces repelled six attacks in the areas of Synkivka, Berestove, and Petropavlivka of Kharkiv region, as well as Stelmakhivka of Luhansk region. Lyman axis: Ukrainian troops repelled eight assaults near Nevske and Hrekivka, Luhansk region, and Torske, Donetsk region. Siversk axis: Ukraine held back two Russian attacks in the Verkhniokamyanske and Rozdolivka areas in Donetsk region. Kramatorsk axis: Ukrainian soldiers stopped 13 Russian attempts to break through the defense lines near Ivanivske, Andriivka, and Nove in Donetsk regions. Pokrovsk axis: Ukraine repelled 39 attacks in the Novo-oleksandrivka, Novopokrovsk, Novoselivka Persha, Mezhove, Kalinove, Yevhenivka, Nevske, and Nevelske areas in Donetsk region. Kurakhove axis: Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Krasnohorivka, Paraskoviivka, and Heorhiivka, where Russian troops 20 times tried to penetrate Ukraine’s defenses. Orikhiv axis: three combat clashes took place in the Mala Tokmachka area of ?? Zaporizhzhia region. Prydniprovska axis: the Russians are trying to knock out Ukrainian units from their bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro. During the past day, the invaders launched two attacks on the positions of Ukraine’s Defense Forces near the settlement of Krynky. As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to Ukraine’s prosecutors, Russia dropped a gliding bomb on a residential quarter in Selidove, Donetsk region, leaving six civilians injured.
