Yes it was a missed. FighterPetych reports that this is FAB-3000. If this is true, then this is the most powerful ammunition in this war, weighing 3 tons, of which 1,200 kg is explosive. The target was a hospital in Liptsy (Kharkiv region), but the bomb missed. Although the power of the charge is really catastrophic. The main question remains the carrier of these FAB-3000 from the UMPK, although it is probably a Su-34 front-line bomber, which seems to be able to carry ammunition weighing up to 4 tons on the central pylon.
