On July 28th 2006, the factory temporary stopped production for equipment maintenance. On 30/07/2006, the radioactive source box is removed from the manufacturing line and put in a inox container with a layer of lead lining before putting on a cement pedestal for clinker disposal. The Cs-137 source's activity is 10 mCi. This was a sealed radioactive source, put in an protective lead box. The box's dimension was 100x100x120mm. In 8/8/2016, the company detected that radioactive source was loss. Despite best effort from relevant agencies, the source has not been found.
