Projectile event in Ukraine on Mon 17th June 2024

2 residents of Pivdenne village in Donetsk region evacuated by rescuers of the Phoenix evacuation group The village of Severnoye is located less than 3 kilometres from the front line. At the request of local residents, the Phoenix rescuers evacuated 2 women, one of whom was unable to move independently. Despite the constant shelling, the woman found the strength to joke and trusted the rescuers completely. This is not the first such rescue operation for the Phoenix group in this area of the frontline. The rescuers note that it is quite rare to meet people with strong spirits, full of love and hope, despite the cruelty of war and health problems.
