In the past day, 90 combat engagements took place on the front lines over the last day, most of them in the Pokrovsk sector. Andriy Kovaliov, the spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this on Ukrainian television, according to an Ukrinform correspondent. "Over the course of the past day, 90 combat engagements took place. In the past day, the enemy launched one missile attack and 75 air strikes, in particular, using two missiles and 80 guided aerial bombs, and carried out more than 2,500 attacks, including 93 using multiple launch rocket systems," said Kovaliov. In the Kharkiv sector, the Russian forces did not conduct any offensive operations yesterday. However, they continued to fire along the entire frontline in this sector using artillery and aircraft. In the Kupiansk sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks in the areas of Druzheliubivka, Petropavlivka in the Kharkiv region, and Miasozharivka in the Luhansk region. In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 11 enemy attacks in the areas of Nevske and Serebrianka forestry in the Luhansk region and Terny in the Donetsk region. In the Siversk sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled five enemy attacks in the areas of Verkhniokamianske, Bilohorivka and Vyimka. In the Kramatorsk sector, the Ukrainian defenders thwarted five enemy attempts to break through the Ukrainian defense lines in the areas of Kalynivka, Ivanivske and Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region. In the Pokrovsk sector, the Ukrainian forces repelled 36 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Progres, Sokil, Novoselivka Persha, Novopokrovske, Yasnobrodivka, and Kalynove in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, supported with aircraft, tried to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions. In the Kurakhove sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy. In the areas of Krasnohorivka and Paraskovyivka, where the enemy tried to break through the defense lines of Ukrainian troops ten times. In the Vremivka sector, the enemy made nine unsuccessful attempts to break through the defense lines in the direction of Staromaiorske and Urozhaine in the Donetsk region and Novodarivka in the Zaporizhzhia region. In the Orikhiv sector, four combat engagements took place in the area of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. In the Dnipro River sector, Russian occupiers are attempting to dislodge Ukrainian units from their footholds on the left bank of the Dnipro River. Over the past day, the enemy carried out six attacks against the Defense Forces in this area.
