A total of 38 combat engagements have taken place along the front since the beginning of the day, with the battlefield situation remaining tense in the Kupiansk axis. That’s according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports. Over the last day, 95 combat clashes have been reported, the update reads. In total, over the past 24 hours, Russian invaders have launched 94 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops and at populated areas (involving 80 aerial guided bombs), 33 kamikaze drones, 1,411 FPV drones, and employed artillery 4,400 times, including 101 times with the use of multiple rocket launchers. Over the past day, the Air Force and missile and artillery units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces hit four manpower and equipment clusters, three air defense systems, two units of equipment manned by Russian missile and artillery troops, a radar, and an ammunition depot. Since day-start, 38 combat clashes have already taken place. The invaders launched 11 airstrikes using 21 aerial guided bombs, deployed 52 kamikaze drone strikes, and shelled Ukrainian positions and populated areas 650 times. The enemy ran no active offensive operations in the Chernihiv and Sumy axes. The situation is under the control of Ukraine’s Defense Forces. Kharkiv axis: Russian troops remained inactive in the area, focusing on regrouping. According to detailed reports, Russia’s losses in this axis over the past day have amounted to 89 (killed and wounded), two armored fighting vehicles, four artillery systems, 13 vehicles, and four units of specialized equipment. Another tank, four vehicles, and two units of specialized equipment were damaged. Kupiansk axis: the situation is tense as seven combat clashes have occurred in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, and Berestove. Five enemy assaults have been repelled while two clashes continue near Stepova Novoselivka and Pishchane. Lyman axis: Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled seven Russian attacks near Druzheliubivka, Nevske, Terny, Torske, and Hryhorivka. Siversk axis: three attempts by the Russian army to approach Ukrainian positions near Spirne, Ivano-Daryivka, and Verkhnokamianske failed as they gained no ground in the area. Kramatorsk axis: the Ukrainian military repelled two attacks in the areas of Klishchiivka and Andriivka. Pokrovsk axis: since day-start, four engagements have been reported. Two enemy attacks in the Novopokrovsk area have been repelled while fighting continues in Yevhenivka and Novopokrovske areas. The situation remains under the control of Ukraine’s Defense Forces. According to detailed reports, in the past day, the Russian army suffered the following losses in the area: 269 personnel killed and wounded, two armored fighting vehicles, two artillery systems, and three vehicles destroyed, and a tank, an armored fighting vehicle, and two artillery systems damaged. Kurakhove axis: the situation is somewhat tense as Russian troops have tried 10 times since day-start to break through Ukraine’s defenses near Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, and Kostiantynivka. Nine enemy attacks have been repelled while fighting continues near Kostiantynivka. Orikhiv axis: the Russian army attempted an unsuccessful assault near the village of Kopany, gaining no ground as a result. Prydniprovska axis: Ukrainian units repelled a Russian attack north of Krynky. In the rest of the axes, the situation underwent no significant changes. As reported, Russia’s total combat losses last day amounted to over 1,190. The enemy also lost 10 tanks, 13 armored combat vehicles, 51 artillery systems, 28 operational and tactical-level drones, an air defense system, a multiple rocket launcher, a warplane, a missile, 56 vehicles, and 14 units of specialized equipment.
