Since the beginning of the day, 55 combat engagements have taken place along the Ukrainian frontlines, with battles currently ongoing in the Kharkiv, Pokrovsk, and Kurakhove axes. Thats according to the General Staff of Ukraines Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports. "Our defenders are stopping the enemy, holding the lines, and thwarting Russias plans. In most axes, the situation has not changed," the statement reads. Kharkiv axis: the Russian army increased the number of assaults to four today. Fighting continues in the Hlyboke area. Pokrovsk axis: six clashes are currently ongoing in the areas of Novo-oleksandrivka, Karlivka, and Novopokrovske. The number of Russian assaults increased to 22. "According to the tentative reports, Russias losses in this axis currently stand at 122 KIAs and WIAs. An IFV, an artillery system, and a vehicle were destroyed. The enemy tank was damaged," the General Staff noted. Kurakhove axis: a battle continues in the Krasnohorivka area, at this time there have already been six skirmishes since the beginning of the day. "Our troops are keeping the Russian invaders under fire control, exhausting their potential along the entire line of combat," the General Staff added. As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russian army continues to be most active in the Pokrovsk axis.
