Officials said that 4 teachers from Cornell College, Iowa, USA, who were teaching at a Chinese university, were stabbed in a Chinese park. All 4 of them are being treated at the hospital. A spokesman for China's foreign ministry said on Tuesday that no one's life was in danger. Americans are not worried about being stabbed like this. White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan wrote on the X social page that he is in contact with teachers and relevant Chinese officials and is working to meet the teachers' needs and take legal action. The teachers are teaching at Beihua University in northeastern China. According to the initial inspection, the incident happened in Beishan Park, Jilin city, and there were no other attacks. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said at a daily press conference that the investigation is ongoing.
