One person killed, 3 wounded in shelling of Shebekino in Belgorod region - governor 

"As a result of a direct hit of a shell in a flat, one civilian was killed. The man died of his wounds on the spot before the arrival of medics. I express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. As of this moment, three people have been wounded. Two women with various shrapnel wounds to the arms and legs were taken by ambulance crews to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2. They are receiving all the necessary medical care. Another victim was concussed - the man was treated on the spot and refused to be hospitalised. According to preliminary information, various damages were recorded in 6 private houses and 11 apartment buildings - windows were broken, facades and roofs were cut, balcony slabs were damaged in several flats. One private residence was seriously damaged by a direct hit. Nine cars and power lines were also damaged," Gladkov wrote.
