Kingsland High Street Dalston shooting: Pictures from scene
 A major emergency services presence has been pictured at the scene of a shooting in Dalston.

The incident happened in Kingsland High Street at around 9.20pm today (May 29).
Armed police and London Ambulance Service crews attended and three adults and a child were found with gunshot injuries. 
They were all taken to an east London hospital.

The child is in a serious condition and the conditions of the other victims remain unknown.
Officers are working to establish the circumstances of the incident.
 No arrests have been made at this time.

Footage obtained by the Gazette shows several ambulances, police vehicles, and multiple police cordons in place.
One local, who lives near to the Rio Cinema and wishes to remain anonymous, claims that she heard gunshots.

She told the Gazette: "I messaged my neighbour right away asking were they gunshots?"
According to the local, multiple shots were heard - around four - and when she looked outside her window people were running.
She added: “I was walking back from M&S and something felt off I couldn’t put my finger on it but sometimes you just feel danger.
"I was happy to get home. Shortly after my boyfriend and I heard the shots and ran to the window to see people running down our street. I immediately thought it was dangerous."

One anonymous person, who was at the Evin restaurant at the time of the shooting, said it was "busier than usual" before the incident occurred.
Describing himself as a regular, he said: "There was a big group having dinner in the rear. I couldn't get my usual table so got one close to the front window.
"The big group paid up and left and shortly afterwards that's when the loud bangs - which were obviously gunshots - happened."

He said that everyone dived onto the floor and under the tables. "It was chaotic," he added.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Matt Ward, said: "We know Londoners will be shocked by what has taken place tonight.

"Our thoughts go to all those affected.
"Fast moving enquiries are under way and we will update as soon as we can. If anyone has any information, please contact us."
