On 12 December 2020, 13 civilians were killed by an Afghan military airstrike in the Deh Sabz village of Arghandab district center, Kandahar province. There were conflicting reports whether it was an airstrike or an explosion of an explosive laden-Humvee stolen by the Taliban before it reaches its target; Afghanistan National Television said local residents blamed the attack on an airstrike. Fatalities coded as 13 (VoJ reported 13 fatalities).
