On 20 December 2020, at least 8 unidentified Katyusha rockets fell in the Green Zone in Baghdad - Karkh. The third Al Tawheed base of the US Embassy was hit by 4 rockets, as well as a residential complex nearby. Rockets were fired from the Al Rashid camp in Baghdad. An Iraqi soldier was wounded by a rocket that landed near a checkpoint he guarded. 14 vehicles were also damaged.
