The operation set up on Trasviña and Retes streets, at the height of San Felipe avenue, due to the report of a homemade object, with characteristics similar to an explosive, has remained for more than three hours in the vicinity of the San Felipe colony, where it is guarded by elements of the municipal and state forces. According to the most recent information issued by the Chihuahua State Police, as of 13:00 hours on Monday, April 8, it has not been possible to intervene in the device, which is believed to have explosive characteristics, so the damage it could cause to people and property in the area has not been determined, and the state of alert is maintained due to the probable risk.
