On 25 April 2024, in Vawmm'tu village (Mindat township, Mindat district, Chin state), the military conducted airstrikes on two buildings of the Vawmm'tu hospital by dropping eight 500lb bombs with Jet Fighters two times starting from around 8 pm, hitting and destroying both hospitals. Khit Thit Media and Irrawaddy reported 4 locals were killed and at least other locals were injured. VOA reported that 4 locals were killed and 15 other locals were injured. Myanmar Pressphoto Agency reported that 4 locals were killed and 30 other locals were injured.
