In a field near the village of Maksym Gorky, Kherson region, the tractor hit a mine, the driver was injured.

This was reported by the regional police , Ukrinform reports.

"A tractor with a harrow hit a mine in a field near Maksym Gorky, Beryslav district, during earthworks . As a result of the explosion, the 56-year-old driver suffered a shrapnel wound to the head and acubar trauma," the report says.

The police added that the victim was hospitalized.

As reported , on the outskirts of the village Beaver Corner in the Kherson region, near the river, two local residents blew up a mine.
