On 16 April 2024, in Kyar Tet village (Salingyi township, Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), the military conducted airstrikes by dropping four bombs with a Mi-35 aircraft at noon. One of the bombs landed in the center of the village, hitting and destroying a construction material shop and three houses. 2 owners of the construction material shop were injured. The other three bombs landed in the fields located on the south side and west side of the village.
