Air Delivered event in Sudan on Thu 18th April 2024

A senior military official told Sudan Tribune that "warplanes intensively bombed three camps in the city of Nyala, namely Dumaya in the west and Kashlengo southeast of Nyala, in addition to a large camp north of the city." He noted that the camps are home to more than 6,000 people, who were mobilised by community leaders who support the RSF. The operation achieved its objectives by dispersing the tribal militants and destroying military vehicles and supply trucks that were planning to reach the theatres of operations in North Darfur, Kordofan and Khartoum, he said.
