On 5 April 2024, in Seikphyu township (Pakokku district, Magway region), the combined troops of the Black Hawk Seikphyu Revolution Front, the People's Defense Force - Salin (PaKaPha) and local People's Defense Forces attacked the Myanmar military No.12 Defense Equipment Factory with 25 rockets in the morning. Some military troops were injured.
