On 5 April 2024, in Lu Myan village (Waingmaw township, Myitkyina district, Kachin state), the Wu Yang People's Militia Force fired heavy weapons at least six times and small arms after KIA and allies attacked the Wu Yang PMF outpost in Wu Yang village around 6 pm (coded separately). Three pigs in the village were killed and some houses were damaged. There were no casualties.
