The investigation of the shooting incident tonight at an event park in Ashdod, in which a policeman was seriously injured - three other suspects were arrested in a hidden apartment, where weapons, explosive devices and means to activate explosive devices were seized

The central unit of Merhav Lakish continues to investigate the shooting incident between the criminals. In addition to the nighttime arrest of the suspects, one of them on suspicion of injuring the policeman, the forces raided a hideout apartment in a settlement near Ashdod and arrested three suspects of involvement in the incident.

The condition of the police officer who was injured by the shooting during the arrest continues to be difficult, the Israel Police is giving his family all the necessary assistance
