On 30 March 2024, near Kwin San village (Nattalin township, Thayarwady district, Bago-West region), the Myanmar military column of around 40 soldiers advancing from the Taung Nyo police station attacked the Phoenix Defense Force (Nattalin) and the Bamar Revolution Army - B.R.A (Thayarwady District PDF (Company-4)) troops with two bombs attached to a drone and a heavy weapon at around 10:25 am. There were no casualties.
