Russia appears to have possibly just Tested an Intercontinental-Ballistic Missile off its Eastern Coast from the Kura Missile Test Range in the Northern Kamchatka Krai Region; 2 U.S. Air Force RC-135S “Cobra Ball” Ballistic Missile Tracking Aircraft as well as their Aerial-Refueling Tankers have also just been launched from Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska and are heading Southwest towards the Launch.
