Libyan authorities secure unexploded mortar shells near fuel station The Ministry of Interior has announced the seizure of unexploded ordnance in the Sahl al-Jafara region.

In a statement, the ministry reported that the Security Inspection Office and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department received a report indicating the presence of explosives near the Al-Amariya fuel station in Sahl al-Jafara.
Inspection teams immediately conducted a comprehensive search in the area and found several 60mm mortar shells.
The items were transferred to designated storage facilities pending their safe disposal.
