Loud detonations were heard in the surroundings of the University Institution ITM, during the afternoon of Wednesday, March 23, the view also included the obstruction of the road and some acts of vandalism. The video recorded how hooded protesters detonated an explosive device in the middle of the road; in addition, the institution also reported some damage to walls and the hindrance to mobility in the sector.
